Ready Set Fly Aviation Hire was established in early 2026 with a clear goal: to make flying more affordable and accessible for pilots of all levels. Jace Martin (the owner) recognised that many Flying Schools and Aero Clubs limit long-term hire and cross-country use, often making it expensive and restrictive for pilots to build hours or explore Australia — unless they own an aircraft themselves.
At Ready Set Fly Aviation Hire, we’re committed to keeping costs down while giving pilots the freedom they deserve. We offer our aircraft to anyone holding an RPL or higher, trusting our pilots to treat the aircraft with care and respect. Our aim is simple: provide a cost-effective way to enjoy aviation, build experience and fly without unnecessary barriers — while we take care of the rest.
